Cancellation and Refund Policy
SuperSimpl products and services are backed by the following cancellation and refund policies.
1. Cancellation and Refund
a. SuperSimpl Products and Subscriptions
Purchasers of qualifying SuperSimpl educational products and subscription services (including SuperSimpl Members, SuperSimpl Courses, SuperSimpl U, and SuperSimpl Mastermind) who cancel within thirty (30) days of their initial purchase are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. To receive a refund, all of the following must apply:
i. The product or subscription page must have stated, on the date of initial purchase, that the product or subscription was eligible for full refund if cancelled within 30 days of purchase; and
ii. The product or subscription was cancelled and a refund requested within 30 days of the initial purchase, by using the contact form appearing on the SuperSimpl website, under the “Contact” section.
b. SuperSimpl U Memberships and Qualifying Courses
Purchasers of SuperSimpl U memberships and qualifying SuperSimpl online courses who cancel within ninety (90) days of their initial purchase are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. To receive a refund, all of the following must apply:
i. The product or subscription page must have stated, on the date of initial purchase, that the subscription or course was eligible for full refund if cancelled within 90 days of purchase; and
ii. The subscription or course was cancelled (and a refund requested) within 90 days of the initial purchase, by using the contact form appearing on the SuperSimpl website, under the “Contact” section.
c. SuperSimpl Mastermind Monthly Access memberships and Qualifying Courses
Purchasers of SuperSimpl Mastermind Monthly Access memberships and qualifying SuperSimpl online courses who cancel within seven (7) days of their initial purchase are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. To receive a refund, all of the following must apply:
i. The product or subscription page must have stated, on the date of initial purchase, that the subscription or course was eligible for full refund if cancelled within 7 days of purchase; and
ii. The subscription or course was cancelled (and a refund requested) within 7 days of the initial purchase, by using the contact form appearing on the SuperSimpl website, under the “Contact” section.
d. SuperSimpl Mastermind Annual Access memberships and Qualifying Courses
Purchasers of SuperSimpl Mastermind Monthly Access memberships and qualifying SuperSimpl online courses who cancel within ninety (90) days of their initial purchase are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. To receive a refund, all of the following must apply:
i. The product or subscription page must have stated, on the date of initial purchase, that the subscription or course was eligible for full refund if cancelled within 90 days of purchase; and
ii. The subscription or course was cancelled (and a refund requested) within 90 days of the initial purchase, by using the contact form appearing on the SuperSimpl website, under the “Contact” section.
e. SuperSimpl Mastermind Lifetime Access memberships and Qualifying Courses
Purchasers of SuperSimpl Mastermind Monthly Access memberships and qualifying SuperSimpl online courses who cancel within three hundred and sixty five (365) days of their initial purchase are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. To receive a refund, all of the following must apply:
i. The product or subscription page must have stated, on the date of initial purchase, that the subscription or course was eligible for full refund if cancelled within 365 days of purchase; and
ii. The subscription or course was cancelled (and a refund requested) within 365 days of the initial purchase, by using the contact form appearing on the SuperSimpl website, under the “Contact” section.
Cancellations or requests not meeting the requirements of Sections 1(a) or 1(b) are not eligible for refund.
Refund requests will normally be processed within 2 business days of receipt. Refunds will typically be posted to the requester’s account within 5-10 business days of submission, subject to the policies and procedures of the respective financial institution(s).
2. Cancellation Without Refund
No refunds are provided after the first 30 days (90 days for Simple Online U and qualifying courses), and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for canceled accounts. After the initial refund period expires, we will continue to charge you on an annual basis for your SuperSimpl U subscription (if applicable and excluding Lifetime payments), at the initial subscription rate unless and until you cancel your account via the clearly-marked “Cancel” link within your SuperSimpl U account. Cancellation will occur on the next anniversary of the date you initially subscribed to the cancelled service. Until cancellation occurs, you will be responsible for all charges associated with your subscription and/or membership, even if you elect to discontinue use of the website and service. We will send notification to the email address you provide on the day your credit card is charged.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the remedies described on this page constitute your exclusive remed(ies) and our sole obligation(s) with respect to the Service and Website (as defined in our Terms of Service), and are offered expressly in lieu of all other warranties and representations, express or implied, consistent with our Terms of Service.
